PLC Splitter

Single-mode PLC splitter (Planar Lightwave Circuit) is developed using silica glass waveguide circuits and aligned fiber optic pigtails, integrated inside a miniature package. The PLC splitters provide low-cost solution for optical signal distribution in PON network, with small form factor and superb reliability. These PLC devices have high quality performance, such as low insertion loss, low PDL, high return loss and excellent uniformity over a wide wavelength range from 1260 nm to 1620 nm, and work in temperature from -40ºC to +85ºC.

indoor fiber optic cable

With the fast development of fiber optic communication technology and the trend of FTTX, indoor fiber optic cable is more and more required to be installed between and inside buildings. Typical indoor fiber optic cable types include GJFJV, GJFJZY, GJFJBV, GJFJBZY, GJFDBV and GJFDBZY. Compared with outdoor use fiber cable, indoor fiber optic cable experience less temperature and mechanical stress, but they have to be fire retardant, emit a low level of smoke in case of burning. And indoor fiber cables allow a small bend radius to make them be amendable to vertical installation and handle easily.
Most indoor fiber optic cables are tight buffer design, usually they consist of the following components inside the cable, the FRP which is non-metallic strengthen member, the tight buffer optical fiber, the Kevlar which is used to further strength the cable structure, making it resist high tension, and the cable outer jacket. The trend is to use LSZH or other RoHS compliant PVC materials to make the cable jacket; this will help protect the environment and the health of the end users. Usually the single mode indoor fiber optic cables are installed between the buildings where the distance is more than 100 meters, while multimode indoor fiber optic cables are used shorter distance connections. Outdoor fiber optic cable

Outdoor fiber optic cable is  made to protect the optical fiber to operate safely in complicated outdoor environment. Most outdoor fiber cables are loose buffer design, with the strengthen member in the middle of the whole cable, the loose tubes surround the central strength member. Inside the loose tube there is waterproof gel filled, whole cable materials used and gels inside cable between the different components (not only inside loose tube) will help make the whole cable resist of water.
Typical outdoor fiber optic cable types are GYTS, GYTA, GYXTW, GYTA53, GYTY53 and GYTC8S (also called Figure 8 cable) GYTS, GYTA and GYXTW outdoor fiber cables are used for aerial and duct applications, GYTA53 and GYTY53 are used for direct buried, GYTC8S the figure 8 outdoor fiber optic cable is used mainly for aerial. Our wall mounted fiber patch panels accommodate up to 8 modular panels and is equipped with routing guides to limit bend radius and enhance strain-relief control. Fiber Optic ODF

Fiber Optic ODF is a fiber optic management unit used to organize the fiber optic cable connections. The optic distribution frame is usually used indoor and the ODF could be very big size frame or small size similar like the patch panel boxes. We offer the fiber optical distribution frame with 1U 12 ports type, 1U 24 ports, 2U 36ports, 3U 48 ports and 4U 72 ports and 5U 96 ports types. These optical distribution frames are made of cold-rolled steel sheets and it is with proper structure and neatly looking.

The optical distribution frames are modulized design with siding type trays inside and these ODF could be pre-installed with various kinds of fiber optic adapters and pigtails. The optical distribution frame is with standard 19 inch size and it is properly designed to control the bend radius of the cable inside the enclosure to avoid extra optical loss. These optical distribution frames are ideal for indoor fiber optic cable connections storage, distribution and management.

Fiber optic termination box

FTTH Fiber optic termination box generally refer to the box shape fiber optic management products used to protect and distribute the optical fiber links in FTTH Network. Usually the fiber optic box includes the fiber optical patch panels and fiber optic terminal box. Fiber optic patch panel is bigger size, fiber optic termination box is smaller. Actually there are too many fiber optic boxes and fiber management devices, they are hard to count the types, many manufacturers will make the fiber optic boxes according to their own design and they may give the fiber optic boxes different names and model numbers.
Bigger size fiber optic boxes, the fibre optical patch panels, are usually 19 inch size. These fibre optic boxes can be wall mounted type or rack mounted type, and they have the tray inside the fiber box to hold and protect the fiber links. The fiber optic boxes panels can be pre-installed with various kinds of fiber optic adapters, these adapters are the interface via which the fiber box will connect the external devices.
Smaller size fiber optic box, the terminal box, is also used for fiber optic distribution and organization. Our typical fiber terminal box are with 12 ports or 24 ports, with a size of 270mm*137mm*45mm. the fiber optic box are made of cold rolling steel and the surface of the box use the technique of dim blowing plastic. This type fiber optic box is typically installed with FC or ST adapters on the panel. This fiber terminal box could be installed on the wall or put in horizontal line.

Fiber optic splice sleeves

Fiber optic splice sleeves are used on fiber glass joint point during the fiber optic fusion work, usually is after the fibers are melt, people use this splice protection tube on the melt point for further protection, its strengthen member inside the tube will make the fiber joint point stronger and it provide extra protection to the fiber joint point after the fiber optic fusion- it is waterproof and dust proof, and using such splice protection sleeves can reduce possible extra attenuations.

These fiber optic fusion splice sleeves are transparent color, so it is easy to view the joint point inside it, strengthen member is made by stainless steel, and outer tube is made by polyolefin heat shrink material. The fiber splice trays are stackable and can be mounted using two #6 screws; they can be used one on top of another to form a layer structure inside the fiber optic enclosures.
Usually fiber optic splice trays are used inside the fiber enclosures, optical fiber glass inside the fiber tray can be melt with any other strand optical fiber in the tray, thus different fiber optic cables can be melt connected directly via the tray, optical cable fiber can also be melted with the fiber optic pigtail end, and via pigtail it can connect out to other fiber optic equipment. Fiber Optic Splice Closure

Fiber optic splice closure is usually used with outdoor fiber optic cables; they provide space for the outdoor fiber optic cables to be spliced together. The fiber optic splice closures and the fiber trays inside will protect the spliced fiber and the joint parts of the outdoor fiber cables. Generally the fiber optic splice closures are dome type and horizontal types. Horizontal splice closures are more used.
